DESCRIPTION: Caucasian male with black hair and grey eyes. Typically wears grey or black suits.
HISTORY: A wealthy man with influence throughout the Kanto region. He was born into an affluent family, with a cold father and emotionally distant mother. The family servants for the majority of his life raised him. His best friend was a Meowth his father sent him when he entered elementary school.
