The greater percentage of human DNA a Gijinka, has the weaker its powers. A 1/8 Gijinka offspring has only the smallest amount of Pokemon power (i.e. an electric type Gijinka could generate  a spark). Anything less than that and the offspring is indistinguishable from an ordinary human with out a blood test and have no traits or powers.
